At Fakhamet Al Badiyah, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fresh floral arrangements, luxury cakes, and artisanal gift sets. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

1. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, cakes, and hand-crafted sweets, standard returns cannot be accepted once delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our customer service team within 4 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order details via WhatsApp at +971 50 312 4003 or email us at support@fakhametalbadiyah.com. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately upon verification.

2. Order Cancellations & Amendments

You may cancel or modify your order free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery slot. Because fresh floral arrangements and custom cakes are prepared specially upon order, cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a full refund if preparation has already begun.

3. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved by our team:

  • Credit/Debit Cards & Apple Pay: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used during checkout within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
  • Installment Payments (Tabby): Refunds will be reflected directly in your active installment plan.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Approved refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or via direct bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to an unreachable or absent recipient at the provided address.
  • Quality issues reported after 24 hours from the delivery time for fresh perishable items.
