1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and order confirmation. Fakhamet Al Badiyah reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our store are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable local taxes where specified. Payments can be made online via major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, or Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment must be authorized before order dispatch for online transactions.

3. Delivery & Recipient Details

We deliver across Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, and Fujairah. Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient name, delivery address, and contact numbers. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or an unreachable recipient, additional redelivery fees may apply.

4. Product Substitutions & Freshness

Because we work with fresh flowers and artisanal sweets, seasonal availability may vary. In rare cases where specific flower colors or packaging boxes are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with items of equal or higher value, maintaining the overall color tone and design aesthetics.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Orders for fresh floral arrangements and perishable food items (cakes, petits fours, pastries) can only be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method within standard banking processing windows.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding assets, custom photographs, and graphics displayed on this store remain the exclusive intellectual property of Fakhamet Al Badiyah and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
